Oh hey, blog. Sorry I've been MIA for the past 5 months. Here's a peek at what I've been up to this summer. It's a recipe book that I made as a wedding gift for a couple of good friends. (Watch out. These photos are a little contrasty...I had some technical difficulties and accidentally deleted the original files).
This is a link stitch bind, which is similar to the Ethiopian coptic bind, but uses only one needle and thread instead of 4.
The tabs read: (1) Beverages, (2) Soups, Salads & Starters, (3) Entrees, (4) Sweet Things
An antique bicycle sticker on the back cover to match the tandem bike theme of their engagement photos and Nicole's bridal shower.
